That was my second pilates workshop in this place. My first one was almost a year earlier and was dedicated to spine problems. this time our subject and focus was on using pilates classical exercises for medium and advanced level by using Thera bands, small and big balls.
With great pleasure, I was presenting my style of work and my modifications, surrounded by pilates and yoga professionals! The group of people was really nice and open to learning new techniques which made this workshop really good and gave the opportunity to show and discuss many exercises.
I am looking forward to meeting the group again, see their progress and do with them new techniques.
