Instructor course for Mat 1, 2 & 3 in Poland

The course is divided into four in-person meetings and one online session for the examination, offering ample opportunity for practice and individual consultations. A comprehensive manual accompanies the course, you can buy the book here if you do not have the book, covering Pilates theory and an analysis of all three levels of classical mat exercises.

Day 2, Sunday 10th of September, Mat  1

Day 3,  Saturday 7th of October, Mat 2

• Detailed analysis of Mat 2 exercises
• Mat class using learned exercises

Day 4,  Saturday 8th of October, Mat 3

Day 5,  Saturday 11th or Sunday 12th of November, Examination

Thoughout the Pilates Instructor Course workshops, students will be monitored for perfromance and abilities to succesfully follow the curicullum of the  training. In oder to obtain a diploma certifying their completion of the classic Pilates repertoire for mat exercises, relevant days will be available for online booking for online examinations. You will be able to choose from one of the following dates.

Upon successful completion and passing of the exam, each participant will receive a cerificate, qualifying them to work as Pilates Mat instructors.
