Did you know that Joseph Pilates was originally a gymnast and bodybuilder that earned a living as a professional boxer, a circus performer and as a self defense trainer at police schools and Scotland Yard?

Even though there is a misconception that Pilates is mainly for women it can be equaly beneficial for men too. Check out some of our male clients that are improving their flexibility, strength and stamina at my pilates studio in Copenhagen.
